The CAE Story

CAE began as a sole proprietorship in 1982, in Menlo Park, CA. Initially, the Company focused on building the highest quality catalogue of secondary semiconductor capital assets, providing responsive service, and treating customers and partners in a fair and professional manner. In the mid-1990's CAE built an early version of its online platform, the CAE Marketplace, and grew its employee base and market tracking to 8 people and 10,000+ assets by 2008. In January 2008, the Company moved from being an online marketplace, to a platform that seeks to reduce risk and create transparency for buyers. Today, CAE aggregates nearly all of the assets in its industry, actively buys and sells assets globally, and provides full solutions to buyers. Since January 2008, CAE has grown at a rate of over 200% per annum.

CAE is focused on building a category-defining company and is actively looking for new professionals of the highest caliber from all industries to help it manage its rapid growth, attract and serve new customers, improve its technology, and solidify its leadership position in the semiconductor market.
