KOSES KUM100 is a high quality, continuous feed adhesive binder for the purpose of permanently bonding papers or other substrates to each other. It is a type of contact adhesive binder which uses heat to initiate the bonding. This heat is generated through resistive heating elements which are held within the housing of the machine itself. TheKOSES KUM100 is capable of binding materials up to A2 size (420x599mm) with a maximum thickness of 8mm. It can bind a variety of documents like journals, estimates and booklets. It is designed to be reliable in operation and to provide years of trouble free operation. KOSES KUM100 utilises a proprietary adhesive formulation that ensures superior adhesion to a wide range of paper stock, enabling single or multiple materials to be bound without fail. This adhesive formulation is also non-toxic, non-tackifying and does not contain any ozone depleting chemicals or ingredients. KUM100 is easy to use, light weight and robust. Featuring a two-step operation, the user first needs to feed the aligned stack of paper into the binder to begin. The user then manually sets the time required to complete the cycle and activates the binding process. The machine is capable of producing a cold seal as well as a hot seal upon completion. KOSES KUM100 also features a visual indicator to show the user exactly when the binding cycle is complete. Additionally, the unit features adjustable temperature, a high pressure thermostat to strengthen the bond after application, and a power switch with a security lock to prevent unintended operation. This compact, user-friendly binding machine is ideal for use in offices, companies, schools and workshops. It's simple, reliable and cost-effective operation eliminates the need for other, more expensive binding options. KUM100 is reliable, safe and easy to use, and ensures the perfect bind first time, every time.
