The furnace has an inside chamber with a working medium of water and air, heated up to a maximum working temperature of 12000C. The furnace is provided with an integrated digital controller with a function panel and chamber management. This provides the user with accurate and easy control of the atmosphere, time and temperature in the chamber. The furnace has two separately controlled heating zones with 6 pre-set temperature steps per zone and a total power supply of 5.5 kW. The lower zone is specifically designed for higher voltage applications, and has an adjustable temperature range between 0 - 12000C. The upper zone is designed for low voltage applications and has a temperature range of 0 - 12800C. The furnace is also capable of rapid heating and cooling, and is equipped with effective insulation, featuring a graphite chamber wall and superior thermal protection. HITACHI DD-1206V-DF comes with an extensive range of accessories, including a loading/unloading station, a cooling down attachment, a remote control shelf, a sample holder and a ceramic cover plate. The loading/unloading station is designed for easy movement of supplies into and out of the furnace. The cooling down attachment attaches to the side of the furnace for faster cooling down of the chamber. The sample holder provides adjustable slot number for secure positioning of samples, while the ceramic cover plate ensures excellent thermal insulation.
