FITEL S122M4 is a high-speed fiber optic tester designed to provide precise measurements for the evaluation of multi-mode and single-mode fiber optic cables. All tests can be performed in accordance with the local or international specifications (ANSI, ITU-T, EIA/TIA, RFC 2544). FITEL S122M4 has an internal color digital processing unit that provides the capability to configure the test parameters accurately. With this digital processor, users can easily set the magnitude and timing of the pulse width. Additionally, all the test results are automatically stored in an internal EEPROM memory, or can be transferred to a PC via a USB interface. S122M4 is capable of testing up to eight fiber-optic channels simultaneously. It also includes a GUI interface that displays the graphical data of the measurement results. The GUI interface includes an auto-wrap-around function that enables users to check the characteristics of the fiber cable in both directions.
