GW INSTEK AFG-2025 is an Arbitrary Waveform Generator, an electronic test and measurement device used in test laboratories and R&D environments to generate complex waveforms with high accuracy and repeatability. AFG-2025 features a bandwidth range of up to 125MHz and load impedance up to 1MΩ. Its frequency accuracy is 0.1ppm and the amplitude resolution can reach up to 12bits. It supports both sine and square waveforms in the form of a single channel. The instrument is built with a 21.5-inch full color LCD screen, allowing users to make settings and measurements with higher resolution and accuracy. This ultra-accurate device offers a high resolution of 100MHz sine wave frequency and amplitude of 14 bits vertical resolution (1mVpp incremental) and 16 bits for triangle and square waveforms. GW INSTEK AFG-2025 also provides a range of sweep and burst functions. Sweep is used to produce a series of waveforms within some defined range. The burst generator can generate a series of waveforms defined by a pattern that can be set using the GUI. AFG-2025 also features an easy control interface. This is done via the 7-inch, 1024 x 600 touch panel display with an intuitive user-friendly GUI. The new GUI features a wide range of functions, such as signal editing, signal format conversion and storage, setting/editing of signal files, signal selection and signal operation. The instrument comes with a range of signal generator accessories, including a PC application, parallel I/O port and a LAN interface. Other hardware accessories include active and passive probers, current probes, voltage and current analyzers. Furthermore, GW INSTEK AFG-2025 can be coupled with modern signal acquisition modules for real-time testing, such as an oscilloscope, multimeter, counter meter, and digital voltmeter.
