TEST EQUITY 1027C is an environmental chamber designed for advanced stress testing for accelerated aging and reliability analysis. It is a stand-alone, versatile testing solution specifically designed for a wide variety of advanced applications. It can be configured with multiple readings available to determine temperatures, humidity, and other environmental factors. 1027C measures temperature and humidity within the environmental chamber. It offers temperature ranges up to 85°C, with a uniformity of ±2.5°C, RH range 10 to 98%, and a uniformity of ±3%. The system is equipped with a single HP304 stainless steel chamber, a 0.75kw (1hp) heating component, UL approved thermostats for operation, and a forced air-flow circulating fan. Additionally, it comes with two additional stainless steel condensors (1 cold, 1 hot) for humidity control, a digital display and keypad, a temperature chart recorder, and an adjustable chart speed. TEST EQUITY 1027C is easy to use and maintain. It has a temperature drawdown feature that allows users to quickly cool the chamber cfrom ambient temperatures to set temperature ranges. This feature helps prevent any damage to the chamber and ensures a safe working environment. The chamber is also designed with an adjustable upper exhaust blower that regulates the flow of heat away from the chamber, while providing a constant pressure inside. 1027C also has alarms that help the user monitor the environmental conditions. Alarms can be set to sound when temperature and/or humidity levels exceed preset limits. This allows users to take corrective action quickly, in order to ensure that the testing is completed in a safe manner. Safety features are also built into TEST EQUITY 1027C.
