ADVANTEST T 5371 is a Final Test Equipment designed for testing IC packages and assembled printed circuit boards (PCB). It is a versatile and easy to use system that is capable of handling multiple test requirements. The unit is configured with a base unit for Board loader and test handler, and is upgradeable with optional handling modules and peripheral equipment for applications such as Flash Memory, Machine on Chip (SoC), Device Driver and Software tests. ADVANTEST T5371 offers simple control operation through its Graphical User Interface (GUI), allowing for fast setup time and increased throughput. T 5371 has a maximum test rate of up to 50 MHz and is capable of testing up to 600 buses in 12 lanes simultaneously. The asset also supports a variety of IC package types, from BGA to Thru-Hole, as well as supporting up to 8K bytes of FPGA memory. For added flexibility, the test model can be easily integrated into a larger equipment using the Ethernet or GPIB interface. The interface provides access to variables and program flow for higher-level test setup and control. Advanced features such as batch sorting, data tracking, programming capabilities, and remote diagnostic capabilities are all supported by the system.
