JUN TECH JCS-5100 is a high quality handler designed for the assembly and testing of electronic components. It is capable of handling a wide variety of components, from the small 0201 chip size to large flat packages such as BGA, CSP, QFP and PLCC. JCS-5100 features a sophisticated, closed-loop control equipment that provides precise, fast and repeatable movement, which increases throughput and reduces errors. This handler has an 11 axes configuration that includes a maximum of seven degrees of freedom, 5 parallel axes from outside to inside, 6 linear stages (including gripper and conveyor), 4 rotation axes (revolver, theta, yaw and pitch) and 2 linearizing table stages. The stages all have optical linear encoders or rotary encoders for measuring and controlling position and speed. It also features an embedded vision inspection system with software for industrial applications. The software can identify defects, perform full-gripper, bowl-feeding, and pick & place functions, as well as count, sequence, check and reject components. JUN TECH JCS-5100 has a large workspace of 600mm x 600mm x 360mm and a maximum speed of 200mm/sec. Its load capacity is 9.00kg and its grip force is 0.25Nm. The gripper is a pneumatic vacuum unit with high repeatability and an accumulator for eliminating noise. The stroke is 40mm to 80mm. The handler's structure is modular and an easy-to-use control machine helps in quick programming and tool setup. JCS-5100 is built to the highest quality standards and has an operating temperature range of 10°C to 40°C. The CompactPCI chassis and all internal components are coated and sealed with EMI protection. It includes Ethernet, serial, and analog I/O, as well as programmable logic controllers (PLCs). It is easy to install and maintain and has a standard 12-month warranty. Overall, JUN TECH JCS-5100 is an ideal tool for inserting and testing electronic components quickly and accurately, making it a great choice for assembly processes.
