PHILIPS / FEI Strata DB235 is an ion milling equipment designed for detailed, high resolution milling and polishing of semiconductor and other device materials. It features a highly reliable direct-drive vibration nano-mill coupled with a unique polishing station that incorporates advanced down-force sensing technology.
