ELDORADO / MEGA M-75-15 is a machine tool designed for a variety of industrial applications. This Precise CNC Machine is capable of manufacturing parts with exact precision and high quality standards. MEGA M-75-15 is designed to effectively and reliably produce superior quality parts from a variety of materials including metal, plastic, glass, and wood. ELDORADO M-75-15 comprises of high velocity motors and electronics which are equipped with all modern CNC systems for the highest accuracy and repeatability. It features an innovative quick change tooling system and tooling positioned without the need for time-consuming part setup procedures. The high speed spindle provides increased production speeds while automatically changing the cutting speed and feed rate during production runs. The spindle runs at a maximum speed of 1150 RPM and is capable of producing parts with a surface finish of up to 32 RMS. The spindle assembly is equipped with a double angle contact bearing which allows for superior tool control throughout the entire machining operation. The feed rate of M-75-15 is adjustable up to 120 IPM, and it offers speeds up to 6000 RPM in a full 360 degree horizontal sweep. ELDORADO / MEGA M-75-15 is designed for maximum productivity and versatility with its various options. The fluid reservoir containing coolant material and a malfunction detection system can be mounted to the machine and its adjustable cutting speed and feed rate promote maximum part setup accuracy. In order to reach optimal machining potential, MEGA M-75-15 utilizes a powerful, integrated computer system that easily communicates with external PC controllers. The programmed CNC controls of ELDORADO M-75-15 are completely customer modifiable, programmable and adjustable.
