NIDEK FT-17 is a high-performance microscope designed for fluorescent and photographic observation. Powered by a powerful full-spectrum, 17W U-type fluorescent lamp, the wide-field, long-life microscope utilizes long-lasting optics, allowing a high resolution of up to 1000x. The microscope is designed with a 1X Plan Achromat objective, a 6X Φ20mm Eyepiece, 10X Φ20mm Eyepiece and 45X Φ10mm Eyepiece, along with a LED pixel control for brightness adjustment for fluorescence observation. Additionally, the microscope has a 0.3X C-mount adapter for easy attachment of cameras for digital imaging. NIDEK FT 17 is built with an easy-to-use, ergonomic design. The compact and lightweight body has a secure stand with a tiltable stage with built-in tilting adjustment lock and a tension adjustable fine-focus mechanism. The wide stage with adjustable clips allows for easy connection and a large range of specimen sizes and shapes. Also, FT-17 can be adjusted to a stand-height up to 55 mm and the stage up to 45 mm, to get the desired viewing angle. In addition to its well-thought out design features, FT 17 is equipped with an array of superior optics to ensure a high-quality viewing experience. Including Ergonomic hinge-type oculars, a compact Abbe condenser with a detachable stage-plate, semi-plan 10X objective, additional 5X and 25X objectives, and a N.A. 1.25 Objectives for high-resolution viewing of specimens. The microscope also has a special green fluorescence filter to capture high-quality fluorescent specimens and to reduce the effect of unwanted halation. The combination of the powerful U-type lamp, superior optics and its efficient ergonomic design makes NIDEK FT-17 a top-of-the-line microscope for detail-oriented observations. This multi-functional microscope is perfect for both educational and professional use, providing its user with a quality viewing experience for applications in various fields including microscopy research, education, clinical, cell cultures, trichology, and more.
