SAKI BF-Planet-X is a pc board assembly and manufacturing equipment comprising of three major components: the Axis, Feeder, and Robot. The Axis is the main component of the system and is responsible for connecting the Feeder and Robot to the main frame. It functions as a means of transmitting and controlling signals between the two components, enabling them to work together in order to complete the pc board assembly and manufacturing process. The Feeder is responsible for providing materials for the assembly and manufacturing process. It incorporates an adjustable guide rail and conveyor unit that allows the positioning of multiple components on the feeder. This way, the components are fed into the machine one by one in order to be assembled. The Feeder is also equipped with a detection tool that is able to detect any defective components that may have been misplaced during the assembly process, allowing for them to be rectified before the assembly process continues. The Robot is the component of the asset that carries out the pc board assembly and manufacturing process.
