SEMIPROBE PS4L M12 is a precision prober for contact probing and electrical test verification that enables both manual and automated test. It offers excellent performance and reliability, and is ideal for applications such as automated test equipment (ATE), wafer probing, die probing, mini-PCB probing, higher wattage resistor testing, etc. PS4L M12 features a robust steel base construction, a bi-axial Stage with maximum travel of 100mm to allow for full gauge repeatability and stability, as well as a quick-release mechanism for the Z-axis stage. The prober is equipped with a precision, low-profile tilt kinematic mount and a 4-axis motion control. It also includes interchangeable mechanisms for efficient media changing. The prober's positioning system is accurate to within 1.5 microns over a range of ±6 mm. Its motion control boasts 0.75 micron accuracy and a stage travel speed of 245mm per second. It is also capable of measuring and controlling the height of the probe needle with 0.5% of tolerance. SEMIPROBE PS4L M12 uses a unique digital control system.
