NEWYOUNG RTA-150H-SP1 Rapid Thermal Processor is a high-performance device designed for use in production-level thermal processing. This thermal processor enables both single-pass and batch processing with excellent temperature and time-based control. Its fast, precision-controlled heating rate of up to 1500°C per minute and low cool-down rates make it ideal for rapid prototyping and limited production runs of thermal-sensitive components. RTA-150H-SP1 includes a 1200 W high-frequency power supply and controlled air convection to control the heat energy. Its cylindrical reaction chamber is constructed from KF-45 Grade stainless steel and is capable of reaching temperatures up to 1500°C. It has a highly adjustable heater equipment with a continuous range of +450°C to +1550°C and high uniformity. The unit prevents oxidation with a patented gas valve system and a 3-level inert gas delivery unit offering up to 10 bps of a specified process gas. It also includes a PID-based thermal controller and a programmable PID controller, which allows users to setup up to eight temperature profiles.
