SMIC SNR-1346 reflow oven is an automated equipment designed to efficiently and accurately process solder paste for the manufacture of printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies. This system combines modern infrared technology with an easy-to-use software interface, allowing for precision control of the process. The oven chamber is a generically sealed 1.34 meter wide chamber that can accommodate up to 581 x 581mm PCB assemblies and has a maximum temperature of 300℃. Inside, ceramic heating elements provide uniform longitudinal (vertical) heating of the PCB board and an SMIC-patented pressure swing forced air circulation unit ensures uniform and efficient convective heating of both sides of the PCB board and its components, ensuring high process quality. The oven is designed to be a simple, yet reliable machine for reflowing solder paste in a fast and efficient manner. Features include chamber convection technology, top-side heating, O/S controlled PC manipulation, user programmable digital display, temperature and time profile. Safety features incorporate input time limit control, heater cable temperature monitoring, and temperature overload protection. SNR-1346 is easy to operate and can be used in a variety of processes, including reflowing of solder paste, curing of silicones, drying, and preheating. The intuitive software interface allows for on-the-fly adjustment of settings, allowing for real-time process differentiation and optimization.
