ELVATECH ElvaX is a spectrometer designed to conduct elemental analysis of unknown materials. It features an X-ray source and Si(Li) detector that generate data on the element composition in a sample. By employing Bragg's Law of Reflection, it is possible to detect accurate atomic numbers and concentrations of elements in the sample. EDX measures the intensity of X-ray flux in a given energy range. By dividing the samples into small pixels, EDX can measure the presence of elements and their atomic numbers and concentrations. EDX is useful in determining multi-element formulations and measurements of non-conductive samples.
