ELVATECH ElvaX is a spectrometer designed to conduct elemental analysis of unknown materials. It features an X-ray source and Si(Li) detector that generate data on the element composition in a sample. ElvaX can provide valuable information such as the concentration and area of different elements present in a sample, in addition to the amount of shock or stress affects the component. ELVATECH ElvaX utilizes both wavelength-dispersive (WDX) and energy-dispersive (EDX) X-ray spectroscopy. WDX spectroscopy is used for more precise determination of an X-ray spectrum with resolution better than 0.001 nm. By employing Bragg's Law of Reflection, it is possible to detect accurate atomic numbers and concentrations of elements in the sample. EDX measures the intensity of X-ray flux in a given energy range. By dividing the samples into small pixels, EDX can measure the presence of elements and their atomic numbers and concentrations. EDX is useful in determining multi-element formulations and measurements of non-conductive samples. In addition to the spectrometer, ElvaX features an integrated interface that is designed to allow researchers to access and analyze X-ray spectrometry data collected by ELVATECH ElvaX. With nearly 14 compatible spectrometers, researchers can easily evaluate elemental analysis results and manage their workflow to save time. ElvaX is equipped with an 18-position, sealed specimen tray and a powerful motorized drawing motion. The sample tray can be loaded with a wide variety of specimens, including standard specimens, radiographs, and even large specimens. This ensures that the right sample is studied with high precision. ELVATECH ElvaX is also designed to be user-friendly. It features intuitive controls, short warm-up times, and durable parts for long-term usage. A built-in menu allows easy selection of parameters, and it has an LCD display for guiding the user through the setup process. Furthermore, ElvaX comes with a comprehensive library of data for helping the user interpret their analysis results. Overall, ELVATECH ElvaX is a powerful spectrometer that is suitable for various elemental analysis tasks. It is ideal for laboratories, research facilities, or schools that require advanced X-ray spectrometry capabilities.
