SATISLOH MC-260 box coater is a state-of-the-art machine designed to provide high-quality surfaces for both decorative and functional coating applications. The machines maximum speed is 40 cycles/minute with a feed rate as fast as 13 M/sec. The machine also incorporates a unique fan design that offers a very uniform, consistent coating and a low combustion temperature of only 230°C (450°F) that help reduce mist and prevents thermal pollution. The high-tensile fans are designed to increase air pressure and minimize downtime due to equipment failure. MC 260 is completely automated and easy to operate. It comes with a user-friendly graphical interface that effectively guides the user through the entire coating process, from pre-programming and monitoring to result analysis and trending.
