NESLAB CFT-33 is a recirculating Heat Exchanger Chiller designed to provide efficient temperature control for a wide variety of industrial and research and development applications. NESLAB CFT33's robust design features a closed chilled loop that is totally enclosed and re-circulated to achieve the highest energy savings. It has a cooling capacity of 33,000 watts and a working temperature range of +2°C to +35°C. The unit has adjustable digital gradient, temperature and flow rate control and requires minimal maintenance. The chiller also benefits from insulated reservoirs and a heat energy reducing insulation jacket. CFT 33 uses an optimized design, incorporating flanged stainless-steel shell and tube heat exchangers, with two individual, counter flow glycol circuits between the two exchangers. The double exchanger design improves efficiency due to better vaporization control, which keeps the system operating optimally and reduces the need for maintenance. The heat exchanger/condenser uses R-404a which is a heat exchanger that is designed specifically for heat exchangers that need low-pressure drop at the evaporator.
