TENNEY BTC is a temperature and humidity controlled environmental chamber designed to simulate and maintain a wide range of extreme conditions from 0 °C to +50 °C, 5 to 90 percent relative humidity, and up to 45 psig pressure. With chamber interior dimensions of 4 ft. Wide x 4 ft. Deep x 5 ft. High, BTC comes complete with Honeywell Sensors to accurately monitor and control temperatures, humidity and pressure allowing precise fine tuning. The overall chamber design is based on a tested and proven Isothermal Technology and allows for quick heat-up and cool down times. TENNEY BTC is equipped with a power efficient auto-monitor system which seamlessly integrates with the chamber's internal components offering users the ultimate in temperature uniformity. Specifically designed thermal zones are incorporated and uniquely combined to allow for highly efficient heat transfer. Additionally, BTC features four internal acoustically insulated air flow (AFA) plenums which ensures a quiet, low vibration, low noise environment for the testing chamber. TENNEY BTC is manufactured with high grade stainless steel and features double wall construction around the core as well as a triple wall configuration on the door edges. This enhances heat transfer efficiency and helps reduce energy consumption. In addition, BTC is offered with unique air-over porting options to allow users greater flexibility in their testing process. The optional air-over porting features two flexible elbows mounted on the top side of TENNEY BTC in order to circulate heated air evenly across the surface area. The inner chamber of BTC is designed to perfectly accommodate multiple unique payloads with shelves available for rack or tray mounted parts if desired. Interior lighting is featured to ensure optimum visibility and a flip top access lid with an interior hand crank is included to easily move the payload without having to open the chamber.
