ADIXEN ASD 2004 is a photoresist equipment designed for precision patterning of electronic circuits. The system is ideal for smaller scale electronic device prototyping, such as smartphones and other digital devices, as well as larger scale production runs. The unit consists of a main process chamber, a sample stage station, a monitor station and a photoresist processing chamber. The main process chamber is separated into two vacuum units. The sample stage station is inside one of the units and is designed to accept up to six 4" wafers in batches. It contains several sample holders, perpendicular and parallel to the chamber for uniform process results. The wafers are held in place with vacuum and clamps and can be heated up to 200°C to support an advanced range of process recipes. The sample stage can be adjusted to reproduce any tilt from non-uniform surfaces. The photoresist processing chamber sits in the other vacuum unit and is used for spin-coat application of photoresist materials. The inner chamber of the machine is equipped with a fluid management tool and a high speed spin-coater, allowing spin-coats from 10-8000rpm. It also provides integrated temperature control to maintain an accurate and repeatable environmental profile. The asset is also outfitted with a monitor station located in the top right corner of the model. The monitor station is designed to enable on-equipment adjustment of controlled variables such as vacuum, temperature, and speed. It also provides a USB port for integration with a remote computer and a graphical user interface.
