ACCRETECH / TSK UF 3000 is a prober designed to measure electrical and physical specifications of semiconductors and electronic components. It features an advanced stage drive equipment, which can be programmed for X,Y, and Z-axis movement, allowing small samples to be accurately positioned and examined. The prober is capable of probing even the smallest of components of sub-micron size. TSK UF 3000 is equipped with thermal, capacitive, and electrical probe stations, which enable users to measure physical characteristics such as thickness, resistance, capacitance, and inductance of semiconductor materials. It is also equipped with a CCD camera for imaging, providing clear visual views of the sample. In addition, the system is capable of automatically measuring the image such as film and metal, and position measurement of surface flatness.
