AMRAY Sigma Scanning Electron Microscope is a state-of-the-art analytical tool designed for a wide range of research applications in biological, materials, and industrial sciences. AMRAY Sigma also includes a powerful software suite with powerful image processing, analysis and modeling capabilities. The software can perform both live imaging and batch processing with pre-programmed analysis packages. Sigma is further equipped with an Anti-contamination stage which minimizes the potential of particle contamination during imaging. The electrode-shielded sample chamber prevents activation of the particles, and a wide range of gas-purge and vacuum pumping options are provided, ensuring a high level of sample cleanliness.
