OLYMPUS MX61L is a motorized microscope designed for advanced imaging and analysis of cellular and tissue sample material. It is designed for use in academic, medical and industrial laboratories. OLYMPUS MX-61L features a high-resolution color CCD camera that produces excellent image quality with a high dynamic range. The motorized stage allows for automated sample positioning with the push of a button, reducing the time and effort required for manual imaging. MX61-L microscope is based on an inverted optical design that optimums the equipment's optical performance and enhances ease of use. The microscope utilizes a long working distance (LWD) infinity-corrected objective lens system and an advanced optical unit that forms an image of virtually any sample placed at a short working distance (SWD). The microscope includes a variety of filters, including an Axon Filter Set, Transmitted Light Annular Oblique, and YO-TTL Optional Eye Pieces. The microscope also includes a single-mode Brightfield condenser, resulting in improved depth of focus. MX61L offers an integrated dual-detection fluorescence machine for excellent sensitivity and resolution. The dual-detection tool combines simultaneous use of both a conventional CCD camera-based imaging and a high-speed Photomultiplier Tube (PMT) detector. The PMT technology allows for easier detection and quantitation of fluorescent molecules. It features a motorized xyz stage with video recording capability and a long working distance (LWD) objective lens asset to produce high resolution images. MX-61L includes a user-friendly ergonomic design, offering excellent bench-top performance and ease of use. The fully automated motorized stage provides precision sample positioning, and the motorized zoom feature ensures high resolution images. The closed loop high speed auto focus feature eliminates operator fatigue from repeated focusing cycles. The microscope's integrated software provides advanced image acquisition, analysis, and auto-stitching tools. OLYMPUS MX61-L provides a comprehensive imaging solution for advanced microscopy applications. This user-friendly, ergonomic microscope is designed for researchers and technicians who need excellent imaging performance and ease of use. The complete model provides image capture and storage features, motorized sample positioning, and automated image analysis and processing capabilities to meet the demands of today's microscopy applications.
