PRECISION QUINCY 102-450B is an electric oven/furnace designed to provide efficient and reliable performance in commercial and industrial applications. It features a heavy duty construction, a large capacity of 450 cubic feet and a temperature range of +32°F to +1,200°F. It has a powerful internal blower that ensures uniform temperatures throughout the chamber and is capable of cycling reactively to maintain the highest temperature accuracy. The furnace is equipped with a stainless steel interior, which provides corrosion resistance, durability and good thermal properties. The interior is finished with aluminum oxide ceramic fiber insulation with 4" thick paddle stones for improved heat retention. The door is designed with a double wall construction and thermally insulated with appropriate insulation material. Additionally, the door design has several layers of heavy duty gaskets for an air tight seal when closed. For user convenience, the furnace comes with a digital temperature controller that allows for precise temperature setting, as well as a cooling cycle and safety shut-down system. The furnace is also equipped with a convenient viewing port and quartz floor lamp, allowing users the convenience of viewing their product without opening the door.
