HITACHI S-9380 Type II scanning electron microscope is a powerful tool for analyzing small specimens at extremely high magnifications. This microscope uses an electron beam to accurately image a specially prepared sample. Features include an ultra-high vacuum turret-style chamber, ultra-low background noise, and excellent diffraction performance. S-9380 Type II has a high voltage electron gun that can provide a beam voltage of up to 30 kV and a current of up to 10 µA. The equipment also includes an electrostatic lens with good positional, angular, and spatial stability and a spherical and tilting specimen table for maximum sample convenience.
