DNS / DAINIPPON 80A is a photoresist equipment developed to create microprocessors, semiconductors, chips, and other electronic components. It is a tool which combines both photolithography and track-etching processes. Photolithography is a process in which a master pattern is created by exposing a photosensitive material onto a substrate. The ultraviolet radiation components in the master pattern are selectively blocked by a photomask, which allows light to pass only through the intended areas. This process ensures an extremely precise pattern with high detail, which is important for the creation of small thin-film structures. The track-etching process is then used to create the fine structures in the photoresist layer. The exposed layers are developed in a photoresist developer, which dissolves and wipes away the photoresist in the desired patterns, leaving behind the remaining structure. DNS 80A system also provides a highly automated production line. This enables processing that requires massive and precise photocontrol over large areas by using an ArF (Argon-Fluoride) KrF (Krypton-Fluoride) laser source. DAINIPPON 80A unit provides more stable resist processes with high etch selectivity, and can produce patterns with clear line-width features. This machine not only increases performance, but also reduces the time needed to manufacture semiconductor or micro-structured products. Moreover, the tool is very suitable for highly precise patterning with minimum line widths that are less than 0.1μm and meets the increasing demand for higher intricate structures. 80A photoresist asset is widely used in the semiconductor industry for its high accuracy and reliability. With its high-end features and various resist development processes, this model is sure to meet the demands of the semiconductor industry.
