NIKON NSR 1755 i7A is an advanced wafer stepper capable of patterning fabrication layers on semiconductor wafers with sub-micron level resolutions. As one of the most advanced steppers in NIKON iSeries, it is ideal for processing challenging advanced node wafers, including advanced nodes such as 5 nm and below. NIKON NSR 1755I7A is built with a low-vibration, cold-cathode direct marking (CCDM) technology which enables the imaging stability and pattern accuracy necessary for sub-micron level patterning. The combination of CCDM imaging and 7-axis stage unit delivers an unmatched substrate-to-substrate alignment accuracy of less than 1.0 micron. With an onboard real-time closed-loop monitoring equipment, wafer alignment can be continuously tracked and adjusted to maintain extremely high accuracy during processing. NSR-1755I7A has a field-of-view of 25mm x 25mm and a total throughput of more than 250 wafers per hour. It is integrated with a high-performance electro-optical module (EOM), which features an enhanced wavelength system for improved imaging quality and throughput. The EOM has an advanced optical unit and Ultra-Violet and ArF laser scan capability for imaging complicated patterns in wafers from a range of advanced nodes. NIKON NSR-1755 I 7 A is engineered with a reliable robust design and features an ergonomic layout for easy operation/maintenance. It is also equipped with advanced environmental capabilities including a Class 1,000 cleanroom environment and multi-wavelength illumination machine. This feature allows it to process high-end devices with minimal noise and minimal particle contamination. NSR 1755 i7A offers the perfect platform for patterning advanced node wafers, while ensuring the highest possible level of accuracy and reliability. Its capability to pattern complicated patterns in advanced processes such as 5 nm and below, makes it the ideal tool for today's semiconductor manufacturing operations.
