Every new trader is mentored by a Senior Trader or Director. Mentorship creates an open environment, outside of the formal management structure, that allows newer traders to ask questions, discuss trading ideas, and glean insight from a more experienced professional. The formal mentorship program begins after general training has completed and lasts for 12 months. However, mentor-mentee relationships tend to last permanently.
