ASM 339 Eagle Bonders are high-performance manual debinders designed for production. They bond all types of moldable plastics, glass, metals and non-porous materials such as PVF (polyvinyl fluoride) as well as hot and cold gap seals. This versatility provides for a wide range of applications from prototyping to mass production. 339 Eagle comes with a tooled steel base and adjustable air operated nozzle. The base offers a large workspace to secure and mobilize substrates and other components while providing a stable bond area. Its adjustable nozzle can be adjusted up to 4" and it comes equipped with an adjustable timer that regulates the flow and length of the weld pulse. This ensures that weld joints are precise and uniform in appearance. ASM 339 Eagle is designed for precise and controlled frequent operation. It is equipped with a digital microprocessor with adjustable temperatures and standard memory functions, which allows grade-A bond integrity and repeatability. It also offers a simplified 2-point calibration, which decreases setup and calibration time, providing higher yields and more effective production cycles. The quick access cover allows for fast front-side maintenance and quick part replacements, such as tips, nozzles, and seals. 339 Eagle is designed with modular assemblies, making repairs less complicated and increasing service life. It also features a removable cooling fan which increases longevity and cooling performance. The fan is now rated for an extended temperature range and provides better protection for sensitive parts. The design also allows ASM 339 Eagle Bonders to be mounted to a variety of ROTI, adapter, and spray configurations. 339 Eagle Bonders is UL listed and CE Mark certified, providing customers with highest production safety standards. Lastly, it is backed by a one year warranty, providing customers with peace of mind and the assurance that their ASM Eagle Bonder can survive continual service for years to come.
