become a trader with our program
Trading, whether at CAE or anywhere else, simply cannot be taught; it needs to be experienced. In CAE’s view, there are no individual graduate or undergraduate programs that can sufficiently prepare one for challenges along the way or provide a full range of skills needed to be a trader. It’s an apprenticeship business where you must learn from experts in an experiential way.
Our Training Program reflects this reality and provides new employees with the on-the-job training needed to fully understand the business of trading.
what awaits you?
Launch Training
Your first two weeks (less for certain positions) are dedicated to an immersive program designed by CAE's Corporate Training and Development Department to teach you the fundamental skills necessary for your position. Our proprietary training programs consist of interactive assignments, case studies, practical software and database training, and a series of exams to ensure all new hires are equipped with the initial skills they need to succeed in their new role upon completion of launch training.
on-the-job training
The most valuable things you learn will come through doing the actual job. At CAE, we encourage and train all team members to effectively solve the problems they may encounter each day through live collaboration and coaching. Further, we want each team member to understand their performance against the target for their position with real-time performance metrics. Management will empower each team member to continue reaching new milestones in their career.
Success
CAE's primary objective is to make every new team member successful as quickly as possible and to empower and motivate each team member to continue increasing their level of success throughout their career. We are a true meritocracy, and we believe the best performers should be rewarded.
