ASM Eagle Xtreme is an industrial-grade automatic bonder with full features for precision bonding operations. In terms of accuracy, the Xtreme's programmable vision asset ensures repeatable and reliable component placement. The high-resolution digital camera automatically acquires an image of the component placement target area to ensure precision accuracy. EAGLE X-TREME's advanced vision model allows for the creation of multiple templates and coordinate systems for the placement of various components with the highest accuracy. ASM Eagle Xtreme is also equipped with an automatic fiducial tracking equipment, which provides a further guarantee of accuracy. The system can be customized with options that include auto cassette handling, auto-alignment, heat exchanger, and a vibration-dampening unit to ensure accurate and secure applications. These features are designed to ensure maximum accuracy and efficiency in SMT, BGA, IC, FTC and FTF manufacturing processes.
