HYBOND 572A is a pneumatic bonder designed to bond conductive and/or non-conductive components together achieving high speed and precision in production assembly applications. This allows for increased throughput and improved quality for a wide range of sectors such as aerospace, automotive and electronics, among others. 572A has two primary functions that give it the ability to bond components with unsurpassed speed, accuracy and reliability; these are the hot-air preheating feature, and the heated die, both of which can be heated to preset temperatures in order to improve the bond.
