AEHR Max 2 burn-in equipment is designed to simulate high performance, high reliability environmental testing for high volume electronic component production. This system is the successor to AEHR Max, and is designed to provide higher testing speeds and improved testing accuracy. It features a configurable design and multiple-test capability.
