TDBI DM 1900N is a high performance burn-in equipment designed to analyze and breakdown electronic components, sub-assemblies and systems to find defects in an effort to prevent future losses and increase manufacturing efficiency. The system includes 4 high-density VME slots for component testing, a multi-tasking processor for real-time debugging and an intelligent configuration engine that can be tailored to different tasks. DM 1900N comes with a controllable high temperature oven and a direct current power unit, both of which can be used for both burn-in and aging tests. With up to 4 independent standard VME slots and a range of CompactPCI slots, the burn-in unit provides flexible and versatile solutions to meet different application needs. It also supports a wide range of analog and digital I/O, a range of embedded test and measurement components, as well as peripheral equipment. TDBI DM 1900N supports up to 4 burn-in zones with adjustable set-points for each zone, allowing users to set the exact temperatures needed. The machine also has a sophisticated thermal management tool used to ensure devices are kept within their specifications. DM 1900N also has an integrated monitoring asset which continuously watches all components during the burn-in process and provides data logging capabilities. The integrated virtual instrumentation capabilities of TDBI DM 1900N allow users to run and analyze a range of tests and programming algorithms. It also features data acquisition and signal calibration components, a comprehensive set of analysis tools and a comprehensive development environment.
