This unit consists of an advanced evaporative condenser, a heat exchanger, and an internally mounted and insulated hermetic compressor. The evaporative condenser is made up of high quality, stainless steel mesh which is used to absorb heat from the atmosphere. The heat exchanger is made from copper and provides the necessary cooling. The compressor is made from an advanced acoustic and vibration-suppressing material to ensure quiet performance and long life. In operation, liquid or gaseous cooling media is passed through the heat exchanger where it is cooled. This cooled liquid or gaseous cooling media is then passed into the evaporative condenser and heated as it releases the absorbed heat. This released heat from the evaporative condenser is dissipated into the atmosphere. The cooled liquid or gaseous cooling media is returned to the process loop where it is circulated. DISCO DTU150 is equipped with thermostatic expansion valve and digital temperature controller. This provides accurate temperature control and optimal efficiency. The hermetically sealed compressor ensures that there is no electrical arcing and also provides quiet performance. The recirculating chiller is designed to provide a continuous, reliable supply of coolant.
