EVAPCO LRW 43-4 is a 4-circuit recirculating, heat exchanger chiller developed by EVAPCO. This equipment offers improved efficiency, reliability, and cost savings for a variety of applications. The heat exchanger is built for condensing temperatures up to 176°F and evaporating temperatures up to 65°F. LRW 43-4 is powered by its own separate motor and compressor as well as compatible with existing motors and compressors. For cooling, a mixture of water and refrigerant is circulated throughout the system with a Danfoss Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) pump, providing adjustable flo to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. The 3-speed VFD chiller allows for improved energy savings compared to standard chillers. The primary purpose of EVAPCO LRW 43-4 is to move heat from a hot hydronic fluid to a cooler refrigerant. The refrigerant is then cycled back to the condensing unit and finally to the evaporator, where the heat is finally dispersed. This process creates a consistent cooling effect inside the chiller.
