NESLAB HX-150 is a recirculating heat exchanger designed to provide cooling in a wide variety of industrial and laboratory applications. This device operates using a closed-loop refrigeration equipment and features a wide variety of features including a top-mounted temperature controller, adjustable low-level temperature alarm, and insulated water bath. In operation, NESLAB HX 150 maintains a temperature of -10°C to +25°C. The device utilizes a shut off system that will disengage in the event the low-level temperature alarm is triggered. It is constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel and features an insulated water bath. This minimizes the potential for frost on the heat exchanger surface. When it comes to cooling, the heat exchanger has a built-in condenser as well as a series of fans that ensure an even temperature distribution. Its counter-flow refrigeration unit also offers a high degree of efficiency. The machine further makes use of an expansion valve that helps keep the tool at an optimal operating temperature.
