NESLAB RTE-7 Chiller is a Recirculating Thermo-Electric Heat Exchanger designed and manufactured by Thermo Fisher Scientific. It is a small, reliable and dependable single-stage chilling unit, utilized in laboratory and industrial settings for precise temperature control. NESLAB RTE7 is designed with a max heat load of 4.1 kw and max cool capacity of 2.6 kw. It uses a low pressure refrigeration system to store chilled water in a coil for efficient heat transfer. Its powerful high temperature safety switch and power up protection devices, protect from thermal overload conditions. It can be set to precise temperature points with its thermal range from 5° to 40° Celsius with total temperature stability of 0.1° Celsius. The unit comes with an LCD display for ease of use and includes alarm and diagnostic indicator lights for microprocessor controlled components. The display also gives information about the temperatures, cooling power, circuitry and performance of the process. An external on/off switch, which helps to enable and protect from spurious operation, is also included in the unit. RTE-7 utilizes a cascade system with two independent wattage rating, one at 5 KW and the other at 1 KW. The controller provides accurate temperature set points of up to 10° Celsius (18° Fahrenheit). RTE7 operates with a built-in circulating pump capable of up to 5 GPM (4.5 Gallon per minute). This light weight refrigeration unit can support up to four outlets, including, condenser, chilled water, temperature probe and return line. NESLAB RTE-7 chiller is made with construction of the highest grade stainless steel to ensure maximized corrosion resistance and quieter operation. It is proficient and powerful enough to supply the cooling needs for analytical methods that requires a constant and accurate temperature. It comes with a variety of options and contractual configurations to ensure purchases made from this unit satisfies individual needs.
