SMC INR-341-59A is a recirculating, heat exchanger type chiller which operates under the principle of indirect heat exchange. The unit has a refrigerant as its primary liquid circuit which is circulated via a refrigerant compressor. The evaporator in this primary circuit is capable of producing temperatures down to 0°C and allows the heat exchange of a secondary refrigerant liquid circuit. The secondary refrigerant liquid circuit for this unit consists of a double coil heat exchanger which is responsible for absorbing heat from the primary circuit and transferring the heat to the secondary circuit. The secondary circuit is connected to a pump which functions to circulate and cool the fluid passing through it. The chiller is equipped with an adjustable control temperature range of 5°C - 45°C and a cooling capacity of 13.16 kW. The unit is also equipped with an active air-cooled condenser which provides further cooling for the unit and provides heat dissipation from the secondary fluid. INR-341-59A is also equipped with a digital LCD display which provides users with an overview of operating parameters such as current flow temperature, set flow temperature, and alarm status. The unit also features an integrated error monitoring and alarm system that is capable of providing notification of any of the operating parameters falling outside of the allowed tolerance levels. The chiller also makes use of advanced safety features such as over-pressure, high/low pressure, low refrigerant level, and pump failure protection as added safety measures. SMC INR-341-59A is a highly reliable and efficient heat exchange chiller designed for ongoing operation in a wide variety of environments. The unit is designed to provide a stable cooling process and time efficient temperature control, as well as considerably longer service life compared to traditional chillers. The advanced features of this unit simplifies the process of temperature control and ensures reliable cooling of the secondary fluid.
