UNAXIS / NEXTRAL TC 300 is a recirculating, heat exchanger chiller designed to provide both heat and cooling capabilities. The chiller can maintain strict temperature control in heating and cooling modes to ensure accuracy in processes where temperatures are critical. UNAXIS TC 300's main components are a commercial grade, hardened stainless steel heat exchanger, a thrust chamber, a water cooling safety condenser, an evaporator, a compressor, and a remote condensing unit. The heat exchanger is a commercial grade, double-pipe design capable of dissipating heat from the interior of the chamber to an external cooling source, or transferring heat from an external source to the interior of the chamber. The thrust chamber is for optimum liquid distribution and provides equalized flow between the heat exchanger and the evaporator. The water cooling safety condenser features over temperature protection and is designed to avoid hot spots during operation. The evaporator is engineered with a copper evaporator coil and welded tubing for enhanced durability, and the compressor is designed for long life and maximum efficiency. The remote condensing unit utilizes a fan driven evaporator to provide low noise and efficient operation. NEXTRAL TC 300 has a temperature range of -30°C to +95°C, cooling capacity of 3 kW, and a cooling control of ±0.5°C. It has an operating temperature that is adjustable with a potentiometer. The unit also offers a degree of protection up to IP20, an adjustable tactile thermostat, a safety thermostat, an oil sight glass, and an EZ-plug socket. Its compact size makes it easy to install and requires minimal maintenance.
