ASM A600 UHV is a a high vacuum diffusion furnace & accessories used for thermal processing applications such as rapid thermal annealing (RTA), oxidation, nitridation, carbotization, and metalorganic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). The equipment features a sealed graphite chamber that uses a gas-tight seal and superior refractory materials to achieve ultra-high vacuum (UHV) levels. The chamber also includes a movable quartz window that ensures a maximum working temperature of 1800°C.
