HITACHI / KOKUSAI DD-802V-H Diffusion Furnace is an advanced, multi-functional furnace system used in the fabricating and semiconductor industry. A single hopper is used to hold and dispense powdered or granular materials throughout the heating process. KOKUSAI DD-802V-H also features a stainless-steel cool-down and exhaust mechanism that helps to maximize efficiency.
