TEL / TOKYO ELECTRON UL-2604-08-HS is an industrial diffusion furnace and associated accessories that are designed to safely and efficiently heat and cool components for industrial applications. TEL UL-2604-08-HS model consists of a vertical furnace chamber and a hot side attached to the furnace chamber. The furnace chamber has an interior volume of 400 liters and a usable working space of 350 liters, with eight individually controlled segments. The furnace also includes a cooling air blower equipment and two program controllers: the Master Controller and the Slave Controller. The Master Controller controls the temperature profile in the eight segments, while the Slave Controller serves as the input terminal for introducing various operating parameters such as heating and cooling setpoints, heat-up and cool-down rates, and hot-zone temperatures. TOKYO ELECTRON UL-2604-08-HS has a maximum power rating of 60kW and a maximum temperature of 1300°C. The controller has 64-step programmable ramps for accurately and repeatably controlling the temperature in each segment. In addition, a high-performance heat treatment system can be used to achieve high uniformity across the furnace. The furnace is designed with multiple additional safety features. These include a safety door interlock, a mechanical/thermal overload relay, over-temperature protection, an anti-lock unit, and a bottom-sliding chimney door equipped with a fail-safe machine and a low-temperature "breakaway" feature.
