THERMCO 5200 is a diffusion furnace and associated accessories designed for use in the semi-conductor industry and research. The furnace is composed of a durable stainless steel frame construction which ensures long lasting operation and resistance to corrosion and other environmental factors. 5200 furnace is designed for the diffusion of semiconductor materials and components onto substrates such as lead frames, PCBs or semiconductor wafers.
