AGILENT / HP / HEWLETT-PACKARD / KEYSIGHT 11713C is an advanced electronic test equipment used to help create and analyze high-speed integrated circuit (IC) systems. It is designed for the testing of elusive and transient events which can be difficult to diagnose. HP 11713C is an absorptive back reflection measurement system which uses time domain reflectometry (TDR) analysis. This allows the user to analyze the impedance characteristics of a device under test, to measure signal quality, or to help troubleshoot. This system is also capable of sweeping over the frequency range of 1GHz to 25GHz with a configurable sweep rate. The LXI compatible AGILENT 11713C is equipped with an adjustable differential voltage probe, a display module, an ADC/DAC converter and a calibration plate to correct for signal reflections. It also has two time domain reflectometer channels, with range time domain reflectometer (RTDR) and bidirectional TDR (BTDR) capabilities. The RTDR channel allows for single ended measurements, while the BTDR channel offers more information regarding the return loss and phase margin of the system. Additionally, HEWLETT-PACKARD 11713C can measure multiplexed return loss up to eight trigger channels. KEYSIGHT 11713C's main unit also includes a power supply, multiplexer for power switching, S-parameters receiver, direct access registers (DAR) and a board servicer module. The DAR register can be used to control the functions of the board. The board services module provides a convenient way to power, reset, re-calibrate and prioritize each board. Additionally, 11713C also includes a processor control card, which provides an optional serial programming interface to control AGILENT / HP / HEWLETT-PACKARD / KEYSIGHT 11713C's operation from a PC. In addition to measurement capabilities, HP 11713C also has multiple analysis and display tools.
