AGILENT / HP / HEWLETT-PACKARD / KEYSIGHT 16334A is an electronic test equipment manufactured by HP. It is a precision measurement module used to measure the electrical characteristics of active and passive components over the operating range of 1 kHz and below. HP 16334A is a part of AGILENT 8116A Test System and is the successor to KEYSIGHT 1633X family of measurements modules. AGILENT 16334A is a single-channel Monolithic Low-Noise Low-Offset Active Probing Module suitable for general-purpose electrical parameter testing. It offers 4 different measurement modes; impedance, gain, pulse response, and offset voltage. High level accuracy and repeatability are achieved by the Low-Noise Probing technologies applied; including insulated floating low-noise dc amplifiers, low-noise voltage dividers, and low-offset buffer amplifiers. 16334A comes with a 4-position probe multiplexer allowing you to select one of the four general-purpose test connectors. A wide condenser switch selects the measurement mode and allows you to set the amplifier full-scale, the dc offset, and other parameters. KEYSIGHT 16334A comes with a Voltage Measurement Terminal (VMT) for basic testing of devices such as resistors, capacitors, inductors, virtual grounds, and open circuits. HEWLETT-PACKARD 16334A is capable of measuring and logging a maximum of 1000 data points per minute and its Low-Noise Probing technology has a noise level of less than 1.5µV. AGILENT / HP / HEWLETT-PACKARD / KEYSIGHT 16334A is also capable of accurately measuring impedance up to 100kHz with a minimum frequency of 1kHz and down to 500mV full-scale. A four-terminal voltage drop compensator helps to eliminate the measurement errors due to voltage drops between the test point and the device under test (DUT). Overall, HP 16334A represents a powerful tool for accurate measurements of active and passive components. It allows a high level of accuracy and repeatability with its Low-Noise Probing technology and its ability to measure and log a maximum of 1000 data points per minute. The 4-position probe multiplexer, Voltage Measurement Terminal (VMT), and four-terminal voltage drop compensation offer further versatility when measuring a wide variety of electronic components.
