AGILENT / HP / HEWLETT-PACKARD / KEYSIGHT 16700A is the first-of-its-kind vector network analyzer designed for high-speed, accurate, and efficient electronic testing. It uses advanced signal-processing technology to measure the electrical characteristics of components, systems, and circuits in the laboratory or in the field. The analyzer has a 64-bit processor which allows for simultaneous measurements of 8 channels, allowing usage of multiple signals at various frequencies. This has the advantages of reducing the set-up time and increasing accuracy of the results. The equipment also supports a wide range of measurements including S-parameters, Differential mode and Common Mode Impedance. The analyzer provides a wide dynamic range with excellent sensitivity, as well as a wide frequency range with a maximum frequency of 20GHz. Additionally, the instrument is calibrated for accuracy up to 1 GHz to ensure fast and reliable results. The display of the system is a large 8.4" TFT-LCD touchscreen with an intuitive control panel for ease of operation. The unit has a real-time waveform analyzing capability which allows for easy monitoring of waveforms, and fast data acquisition. HP 16700A is also equipped with enhanced internal memory for data storage and transfer. Furthermore, the machine can be connected to a PC with support for GPIB, USB, and LAN interfaces, thus allowing for file transfer and remote control. This also facilitates a remote access by up to four remote users. Overall, AGILENT 16700A vector network analyzer is an ideal instrument for a wide range of RF and microwave measurements including RF component characterization, power amplifier tests, matching network tests, impedance measurements, and much more. It combines advanced, high-speed performance with reliable and accurate measurements for the demanding requirements of electronic test and laboratory work.
