It is used in a wide variety of applications from basic laboratory waveform generation to complex ATE and design and test environments. This instrument has a frequency range of 0.1Hz-20MHz fundamentally and 100MHz with an external frequency multiplier. It has a built-in standard sinusoidal, triangular, and square-wave output with up to 32Vpp into a 50 ohm load. In addition to the standard waveforms, AGILENT 33120A is capable of creating arbitrary waveforms up to 256k points in length.
