AGILENT / HP / HEWLETT-PACKARD / KEYSIGHT 4193A is an electronic test equipment used for S-parameters, impedance, reflection, and scattered-parameter measurements. The unit has a very fast sweep rate of 2.5 MHz in 10 microsecond increments, allowing for accurate and precise measurements.
