AGILENT / HP / HEWLETT-PACKARD / KEYSIGHT 4284A is a precision LCR impedance meter used for measuring inductance (L), capacitance (C) and resistance (R). It is designed for a variety of applications, including accurate impedance and low-level component analyses, qualitative passes/fail tests and fast production testing. HP 4284A is an accurate impedance meter with a wide range and is capable of measuring capacitance up to 2000pF, inductance up to 10mH and resistance up to 110 ohms. It also provides high accuracy of 0.055% basic resistance accuracy and 0.25% basic impedance accuracy. It is applicable for both two- and four-wire measurements. In addition, it has a wide frequency range from 1 kHz to 1 MHz, making it suitable for a large variety of testing conditions. AGILENT 4284A also offers a variety of automatic test routines, which make it suitable for use in automated testing systems. User programs may be developed with HEWLETT-PACKARD 4284A, which allows customised setups and more complex tests than the standard test routines.
